Decarbonize Initiative has entered into a strategic partnership with Sentinel Innovation, based in South Korea, a climate-technology company specialising in bioenergy solutions that convert agricultural and industrial waste into valuable products.
Through this collaboration, we are exploring opportunities to support farmers and agricultural communities by transforming crop residues and other organic by-products into clean energy and soil-enhancing materials. The partnership focuses on identifying locally appropriate, scalable solutions that can help farmers:
- Improve the value of agricultural residues that are often underutilised or discarded;
- Reduce waste-related environmental impacts at farm and community level; and
- Strengthen access to circular economy pathways that support more resilient and sustainable farming systems.
This collaboration aligns with our broader mission to connect climate-smart technologies with local contexts, ensuring that farmers remain central beneficiaries of the transition to low-carbon and resource-efficient systems.
